The Springfield Avenue Partnership, Maplewood Township officials and business leaders celebrated the opening of a 30-unit, pet-friendly, elevator-accessible apartment building at 1701 Springfield Avenue on September 12.
The building was constructed and will be operated by Elite Properties, which also developed and manages the 151 units of the Maplewood Crossing apartments on Burnett Avenue in Maplewood.
The new Springfield Avenue building, in the former DiPietro’s location, enjoys close proximity to the Hilton Branch of the Maplewood Library (just across the street), Springfield Avenue shopping, the Maplewood Community Pool, and Maplecrest and DeHart parks.
